From a redesigned Project List that streamlines how you organize and revisit projects, to expanded custom building capabilities and an enhanced generation engine, these updates give you more control earlier in the process—without increasing complexity or overhead.

🗂 Project List Renewal

In this project list UI renewal, managing and finding your projects now got faster and easier.

• Quickly search and filter your previous projects.
• Available filters include: Likes, Groups, Creators

• Search your project by Project Name or Address.

• Use Groups to label and organize projects more effectively.

🏢 Custom Building Type Added

New building type, for greater flexibility for mixed-use: Custom Building is now available.

(Standalone Building has been transitioned to Custom Building.)

• You can now add room/area, and cores inside custom buildings. Enjoy making internal layouts for multi-purpose buildings.

• These added rooms and areas will be visible in 3D.

• You can now customize building background color for custom building, warehouse building, and parking buildings.

🅿️ Parking Layout Generation with Different Floor Plates

Enjoy more control over complex parking layouts in podium and custom building.

• You can now generate parking layouts with different boundaries per typical floor plan by clicking fill parking or regenerate.
• The system automatically finds and connects ramp locations across varying floor boundaries.
• Other Uses are now visually reflected in 3D.

🚧 Inputs per Single Driveway

Fine-grained control at the driveway level.

• Now click on a single driveway and individually control inputs by right hand panel.
• Adjustable inputs include Driveway Width, Stall Size, Stall Angle, and Pathway Buffer.

🅿️ Individual Stall Placement in Surface Parking

More flexible site planning for surface parking.

• You can now place individual parking stalls manually.
• Individually placed stalls are included in the total stall count.
• Supports move, rotate, duplicate, delete, and snap to driveway actions.

🌤 3D Shadow Control

Now run your quick shadow analysis in 3D.

• Control shadows directly in the 3D view.

• Adjust date and time sliders to visualize shadow changes throughout the day and year.

🧩 Add Typical Units Directly from the Library

Typical units are now easier to use when editing.

• Add Typical Units directly from the Unit Library, even if they were not used during initial generation.
• Click on the unit and add units from the library,

• or select and drop them via Room / Area tools → Add from Library.

🗺 Multiple Site Boundaries

Support for multi-site projects.

• You can now draw or select multiple site boundaries during site setup.
• A Target Site must be selected for AI Generation.

• Workspace actions, Custom Styles, and Fit to Site now operate based on the selected target site.

🤖 Enhanced Generation Engine

Our AI Generator for Linear Tower, Garden Type, Walk-Up, Townhouse, and Single-Family projects has been upgraded to deliver more diverse and realistic design outcomes.

Smarter and more accurate townhouse layouts.

• Townhouse generation now uses linear programming for better optimization.
• Results align more accurately with unit mix, FAR, and target unit counts.
• Improvements also apply to Single-Family and Duplex generation.

🏘 Midrise Courtyard Generation Improvements

Higher-quality courtyard layouts.

• Midrise Courtyard generation has been optimized for better unit placement and efficiency.
• Improved stability and results across various site sizes and geometries.
