Our Story
Benji worked as an architect in Los Angeles, focusing on multifamily housing projects. During this time, he became interested in automating the early design process after experiencing significant inefficiencies in feasibility studies, often going back and forth with clients to test various options.
Together with a few friends, he started a research group aimed at automating residential tower design. Over the course of their research, they achieved several small successes and eventually applied their solution to the USC student housing project, where they demonstrated to the client how to increase rental revenue by $1M by selecting the option with the highest return among 15,000 generated design options.
Recognizing the potential as a startup idea, they decided to launch a company in early 2020. Since then, they have successfully raised multiple rounds of investment and are building web-based, real-time feasibility software for a wide range of development projects.
