Defining the street-facing sides of your site helps Zenerate optimize building entrances and driveway placements. While this step is optional, it allows the system to generate more realistic designs.
How to Set a Street Side:

2. Setback
Setbacks define the outer boundaries of buildable area, ensuring compliance with local zoning laws. Zenerate allows you to set both primary and secondary setbacks. Secondary setbacks are specifically applicable to residential projects, providing additional space between structures for aesthetic or regulatory purposes.
