Accessing Custom Style AI
Follow these steps to generate custom layout solutions for a selected portion of a site:
1. Click AI Generate at the bottom of your screen
2. Select Custom Style
3. Highlight the specific section of the lot to be modified.
Custom Style AI Settings
After selecting the desired area, users will see a settings panel on the right side of the screen. These controls enable users to specify exactly what should be generated in that section.
Concept
Users can choose the type of building layout to be applied to the selected lot area. Available options include:
• Podium Style
• Wrap Style
• Garden Style
• Garden Style - Walk-up
• Townhouse
• Tower
• Multifamily & Surface Parking
• Residential Only
Target
Users can input a target FAR (Floor Area Ratio) and a maximum unit count. The AI engine will generate layout solutions aligned with these goals, applied only to the selected section.
Residential
Inputs will vary based on the selected concept. Common examples include:
• Townhouse: Number of floors, unit mix
• Podium: Layout type, unit set, number of floors, balcony options
• Garden Style (Walk-up): Floor count, core configuration, unit types, balcony options
More settings
Users can access additional configuration options under the More Settings tab. This allows for fine-grained control over unit generation, such as specifying accessibility features, unit sizes, and other constraints.

Once all inputs have been provided, users can click Generate. The solutions will be applied only to the selected section of the site — preserving all existing design work on other parts of the lot.
